1. Acceptance

By accessing or using WEYSURE web or API services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.
  • Email verification is required before login access is granted.
  • Role and user type selection are onboarding controls and are not freely switchable after setup.
  • WEYSURE may suspend or restrict accounts for risk, abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. KYC and Compliance

Certain operations require approved KYC. Accounts or API usage may be restricted until verification is completed and approved by admin workflows.

4. Service Scope

WEYSURE currently supports:

  • User escrow transactions and wallet operations (including top-up and withdrawal flows).
  • Dispute initiation, evidence uploads, and admin-led dispute outcomes.
  • Developer public API, API keys, webhooks, usage logs, and integration analytics.

5. Payments, Fees, and Settlement

  • Payment and payout processing depends on configured third-party payment rails (including Paystack).
  • Fees and calculations are governed by active platform settings and may vary by flow.
  • For developer API traffic, test and production environments are logically separated; production behavior depends on production credentials being configured.
  • Third-party processor downtime or restrictions may delay or block payment operations.

6. Disputes and Outcomes

Disputes may be opened on eligible transactions and resolved through platform workflows. Depending on the case, outcomes may include release, refund, split settlement, or closure states as supported by current system logic.

7. Developer API Terms

  • API keys are confidential credentials; you are responsible for all activity under your keys.
  • Use only the correct environment key for each workflow.
  • You must validate webhook signatures and implement idempotent handling on your side.
  • Abuse, scraping, bypass attempts, or unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Illegal transactions, fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, or deceptive conduct.
  • Credential theft, unauthorized account/API access, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
  • Use of the platform for prohibited goods/services or harmful activity.

9. Suspension and Termination

WEYSURE may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to protect users, platform integrity, or legal compliance. This includes account, API key, payout, and transaction controls where risk is detected.

10. Service Availability and Liability

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEYSURE is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party processor outages, integration errors, or events outside reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as product behavior, security controls, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
